Empower Wednesday for International Talents

The Empower Wednesday programme is designed for international talents in Turku. The aim is to support them in their integration process and to provide key information for helping them find their path to working life in Finland.  The programme is organised by International Working Women of Finland, an association that connects international talent from all walks of life. The group centers around member supporting each other in job-seeking and other aspects of working life in Finland and currently has over 6300 members.

Following the success of the first program in 2020 and the spring of this year, the organizers decided to combine their forces again for the Empower Wednesday Autumn 2021 programme!

All events will be held online and in English.

We welcome all international talents wishing to know more about topics such as Finnish working culture, starting your own business and tips for job-seeking. We also offer networking, peer support and inspirational success stories.
