International Working Women of Finland – Weekly Online Networking

Talent Turku and International Working Women of Finland co-hosts the weekly online networking in this difficult situation.

Most of us are working remote, now a social channel is needed more than ever! Sometimes just talking to people and sharing your worries and ideas helps.

This week Armela introduces us yoga.

Armela Totaj is the founder of Cherish Your Work, a business that brings holistic solutions covering the wide range of factors that working life threatens people’s well-being. She is also a Certified Yin Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher, accredited by International Yoga Association and European Ayurveda Association. She is the designer of a very successful wellness tool for busy working people, named AT YOGA., which is an efficient blending of Yin Yoga, Yang Yoga, Mudra Yoga, Breathing Techniques, Meditation, Mindfulness, and Ayurveda. She would love to share AT YOGA practice with IWWF members as a way of supporting each other. She will guide you in a practice where you can let go the worrying for a while and shift your mind towards the very present so you can use at its fullest, find inner strength and create space for positive thoughts.
