Many international talents aim to advance professionally in Finland but may lack the networks to land the dream job. In this seminar, we will talk about companies that practice diversity and inclusion, and you will get practical tips to boost your career in Finland.
You will hear a keynote speech of Priyanka Banerjee from DeiDei, that consults the companies in diversity and has recently published a DEI Playbook for companies with Business Finland. Sofia Pohls from Finders Seekers will talk about recruiting and transferrable skills that you can utilize when landing a job in a new industry.
After the speeches, you get to network with talents and company representatives that are interested in promoting diversity and inclusion in their organizations. There will be a mini CV clinic at the site, where you can share your professional ambitions with other talents.
This networking event is supported by Mothers in Business’s International project. It is free of charge and open for anyone to join. You can bring your kids to the event. Language is English, and you are welcomed to also use Finnish in the CV clinic.
