Join MiB’s and KPMG’s breakfast seminar to connect with companies that foster diversity and to strengthen your knowledge of DEI. Top speakers Yumi Oishi from Rovio, Jenny Nordgren from LIDL and Tua Pelli from KPMG will be sharing insights about DEI work in their organizations. We will also hear a panel discussion with Tua Pelli and Greta Andersson from FIBS – answering the question of how to get top leaders on board with DEI.
The seminar delves into the unique strengths that you can develop from an international background and provides insights and practical strategies for recognizing inclusive employers. We will also share insights on fostering inclusivity and understanding the importance of diversity on management level.
After the speeches, we offer an interactive DEI workshop to empower attendees with actionable insights to drive positive change in their professional spheres. You get to join the workshop on the level of your knowledge – beginner in DEI, explorer or diversity champion. Please fill in a test beforehand to know which group suits you. Thank you for this preparation step!
You can join us live at KPMG house or listen to a livestream to hear the speeches. Live event gives you the chance to connect with participants and workshop on the matter.
