WELCOME TO THE TALENT BOOST SUMMIT 2022! 

Talent Boost Summit 2022 is the most interesting high-quality national event about the internationalization of working life this autumn.

The event is aimed especially at companies and other employers as well as key stakeholders interested in the theme. International talents are also welcomed to attend.

Please note that there is a limit for the number of attendees. The places are reserved in order of signing up, companies and other employers have priority.   

Participation is free of charge. The participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs. The language of the event is English.

PROGRAM AND SPEAKERS

The focus will be on existing services and proven practices and how they can be used to strengthen talent attraction and retention around Finland. The theme – towards a more vibrant Finland by boosting talent attraction and retention – is examined diversely from different perspectives and innovative views and solutions to topical issues are being sought.

BY WHOM?  

Talent Boost Summit is a national event organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, Ministry of Education and Culture, Business Finland and Course towards Finland (ELY Centre for Southwest Finland, ESF) project, ELY Centre for Ostrobothnia and Ostrobothnia TE Services. In 2022, Talent Coastline will be responsible for coordinating the event.
