By day Heikkilä works as Chief Happiness Officer at Sofokus, where her primary target is to ensure everyone at the company is happy and able to do their work well, while simultaneously supporting Sofokus’ strategic business goals.

Kimmo Laine: I’ve managed development projects for the better part of my career, touching for example ICT, construction, customer service, aviation, logistics & supply chains and corporate social responsibility. I’ve worked in the private and the third sector and have been very fortunate to see the world, the good, the bad and the beautiful. I am a developer at heart, I like to build things up and create ecosystems and partnerships that take us all forward. Nowadays I do sales, which is all about the thing I love, people.

Tiina Vainio: An intrapreneur working in the largest insurance company of the Nordics and Baltics, If Insurance.
