Developing better services and improving social, cultural and economic circumstances requires having a coherent picture of what the starting situation is.
This is why E2, a non-profit, independent research institute and partners consisting of a diverse group of labor market organizations, ministries, cities and the pension sector, have formulated two anonymous, 15-minutes-long surveys aimed at international talents and their spouses or partners.
The goal is to find out how common the various challenges and situations concerning people with international backgrounds are in Finland. On the other hand, E2 also want to know how to find concrete, usable solutions to the challenges faced by foreigners.
Here are the links to the surveys:
2. Survey for those who have moved to Finland for reasons related to their spouse or partner.
If you as an international talent in Finland want to make your voice heard and have an impact on improving things, please take a few minutes to fill out the survey that best matches your situation! The deadline is May 31, 2022 (Note the extended deadline!).
The surveys are part of The International Talents Finland Research Project. The project is carried out by the non-profit research institute E2 Research in collaboration with the Confederation of Finnish Industries, Technology Industries of Finland, Local Government and County Employers KT, Keva, Academic Engineers and Architects in Finland TEK, Industrial Employees TP, Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland, Business Finland, and the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Tampere and Oulu.
