Satisfaction from Work and Motivation
– Life Coach Leonor Carvalho
I have a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry. The longer my Doctorate went, the stronger was the feeling that it is not what I want to do for the rest of my life. Researching the human body on a molecular level was fun, but I realized that my purpose in life is to work with human minds and have a positive impact in people’s lives. Now I am a certified life coach as well as a certified hypnotherapist, helping people improve themselves personally and professionally.
Small group coaching:
Do you struggle to go to work every day and you feel that it is killing you inside? Or are you feeling lost looking for new career options? Or you are simply not enjoying the work as much as you used to?
We spend much of our waking time working, so let’s turn it into something you enjoy doing! You will get useful information, eye-opening insights and practical exercises in a nifty package to improve your work motivation and satisfaction. The coaching is in a small group (max. 10 persons) to ensure interaction.
Second Session: 11th November, 4-6pm
Your Look Does Matter: Personal Image in Business Clothing – Style and Personal Marketing Advisor: Maria Begona Lagron
I’ve been working as a Style and Personal marketing advisor, and involved in the world of fashion for more than 10 years. Fashion has always been one of my passions, as well as, music, dancing and reading.
My mission in life is to help people feel good in their own skin, by giving them advice and inspiration on how to enhance their image and how to show their essence and personality through their external appearance. Finland has been a very inspiring country for me, when it comes to sustainable fashion, and I realized that my other mission is to leave a better world to our children, by guiding others towards a more responsible and respectful way of consuming.
At first impression, the human being judges in seconds based on a merely superficial information, and 70% of that information is related to the appearance.
Let’s use this to your advantage and start working on who you really want to become. Have you ever wondered if you are offering an image according to who you really are? Is the impact that you cause on others (friends, colleagues, customers…etc), positive? Your image and style say more about you than you realise and it’s an essential part of your personal brand. Because “Your looks do matter”, join this exciting journey towards self-knowledge!
