⭐️ Lucia Vuillermin – Entrepreneur & IWWOF Vice-Chair
After working in the communication and event organization field for 17 years Lucia moved to Finland. She is currently the Vice-Chair of the International Working Women of Finland Association where she started the Turku Chapter and managed the communication. She has also started the Empower Wednesday program to support international talents in their working path in Finland. She is running her own company and is part of the DigiMesh project. Mother of 3 loves pasta and Rapujuhlat.
About IWWOF:
International Working Women of Finland (IWWOF) is an organization created on October 25, 2019 – by and for international working women in Finland. The organization allows women from all walks of life to connect and support each other in their employment journey in Finland. There are currently 8000+ members in the Facebook group from 71 different nationalities and living all over Finland. IWWOF’s activities (webinars, get-togethers) main long-term goal is to empower skilled international women in the community and improve their professional skills and cultural knowledge of Finland. IWWOF’s aim is also to help them to expand their network and provide them with the knowledge necessary to engage themselves in the Finnish workforce.
