Do you know where to find the latest information about coronavirus? The City of Turku has launched Åbot – a new, AI-powered chatbot to provide accurate coronavirus guidance, especially for residents who speak a language other than Finnish or Swedish.
At the moment, Åbot is fluent in 16 languages, including English, Russian and Kurdish. Users are encouraged to ask different questions to improve the quality of Åbot’s responses.
